Information you give us

If you fill out the interest form on this site, we collect the information you type into it:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you provide one
• The number of bedrooms you are looking for
• Your desired move-in date
• The neighborhood you prefer
• Anything you write in the message box

You choose what to put in the message box. Please do not send us Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or copies of identification through this form. If we need those to process a rental application, we will collect them through our secure application portal instead.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site and the services that support it record technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and answer questions about available apartments
• To follow up with you about your interest in leasing
• To operate, secure and improve this website
• To meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations

We do not use the information from this form to make automated decisions about you, and submitting it is not a rental application.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers that operate parts of this site on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else except when required by law, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

• Formspree processes the interest form and delivers submissions to us. Your form data is transmitted to and stored on their systems.
• Netlify hosts this website and processes technical data such as your IP address.
• AppFolio provides the available-unit listings shown on this site and the online rental application. If you click through to apply, AppFolio's own privacy policy governs what you submit there.
• Google provides the embedded map and the fonts used on this site. When a page loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google.

Tracking across other websites

We do not run advertising trackers on this site. However, the embedded Google map, the Google-hosted fonts, and the embedded AppFolio listings are provided by third parties, and those companies may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you visit pages that include their content. We do not control that collection. You can limit it through your browser settings or by using tracking-protection tools.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the twelve months before the effective date above. Nevada residents have the right to tell a website operator not to sell their covered information. Because we do not sell it, there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still submit a request using the contact details below and we will confirm our practice in writing.

Reviewing or changing your information

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email leasing@lmslv.com with the subject line "Privacy request," or call 725-500-0945, or write to us at 230 W Chicago Ave, Unit 1, Las Vegas, NV 89102. Please tell us enough to identify your submission, such as the name and phone number you used. We will respond within 60 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why.

How long we keep it

We keep leasing inquiries for as long as needed to follow up with you and to meet our recordkeeping obligations, and then we delete them. If you ask us to delete your inquiry sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website can promise perfect security, and information you send us over the internet travels at your own risk.

Children

This site is meant for adults looking for housing. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

If we change this policy we will post the updated version here and change the effective date at the top.
